| watch anything you add Accent to -- it's MSG and isn't a good thing for your body!! Questions and Answers - Spike Seasoning, Accent Seasoning, What is MSG?, Monosodium Glutamate, Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein. I have a tried something similar to your recipe and like it -- most times I get Honeysuckle Turkey Breakfast Sausage at the store - it hasn't caused any problems for me but I don't eat sausage often. I agree with you about salt -- when a recipe calls for salt I usually don't add any salt because I haven't cooked or eaten salt other than what is already in food for years. I can tell when I've eaten something that has too much salt, my fingers, hands and feet swell and ache. Good for you trying new things!! Keep up the great work.

| Thanks for sharing that - my husband & I both love sausage, but we've mostly been avoiding it since we can't find a really appropriate one.
