| I don't really have a sauce recipe, but I like to use lemon pepper seasoning and my oil of the moment choice to stir fry. Or, if you don't like pepper, just use some lemon juice and the oil. |

| I've mostly just used seasonings...the problem with sauces is that you can't easily thicken them. I have used a splash of beef broth with whatever seasonings struck my fancy that day. You could also try a tablespoon or so of tomato paste... Once you are at the nut rung, there are recipes for Thai stir-frys with peanut butter - that helps thicken the sauce up a bit
