Quiche

Just made this and it turned out very good - fluffy and tasty.

Spray a pie pan w/ canola oil (other non-stick spray is probably ok too-I happened to have canola oil on hand) (think I used a 9 inch pie pan)

Put 1 package of cooked bacon on bottom (guantly brand has bacon w/o sugar added) (think it is about a pound of bacon before cook it)

Put 8 oz of shredded swiss cheese on top of bacon

put 1/2 cup chopped onion on top of swiss cheese

mix together 5 beaten eggs, 1/2 cup cream and 1/2 cup water & pour over top of stuff in pie pan

cook at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
