Smile Chicken fried with eggs

Here is a fast and easy to make recipe and you will be surprised how well it tasts.

I use olive oil in a frying pan, add sliced garlic and sprinkle few "Mc Cormick" crushed red pepper flakes and brown.

Then I add three eggs and then sprinkle a 1/2 can of sam's chicken on top, add another two eggs and cook.

Remove any extra yolks you don't want, leave a least a few.

Lightly black pepper.

Turn over to cook both sides.

(Add desired cheese if you want extra flavor and can afford the carbs, but the recipe is good without cheese)

It browns and the chicken's broth comes out of the chicken and adds a lot of flavor.

That sounds very interesting...never tried the chicken and the egg. Is that the big can of chicken or the little ones (like regular tuna cans)? Also, how many does this serve...2?

Thanks for the recipe!

Five eggs and a 13 oz can of chicken would definitely be 2 or more likely, 3 meals for me. I eat veggies with all my meals so maybe that's why.

It does sound interesting though...the next time I have an open can of chicken I'm going to try it.

What vegetable do you have this this? You should have veggies with each meal to keep your blood sugar steady. Sounds interesting
