carboptions.com is available for purchase. Get in touch to discuss the possibilities!

This peanut butter is really good. It is creamy (they also make a chunky style) and it really hit the spot. Two tablespoons is 3 carbs. I put mine on celery and it was soooo good. The link is above as there are many other products and you can get the nutrients for each product there. Makes it easy to plug into Fitday under custom foods and easily add it in.

If this has already been posted I didn't see it and apologize. If not try it - you'll like it.

If you can get your hands on some Peter Pan no sugar added, try it next to the Skippy carb options. I think you might prefer the Peter Pan. For me, it's night and day. It's also about a buck fifty cheaper to get Peter Pan.

Btw, both of these brands contain partially hydrogenated oil, which is a no no for Atkins. The quantity of hydrogenated oil is not that high, but it's still in there, so you may want to watch your intake.

Thanks for the info and I might try Peter Pan. Peanut butter is not a regular thing with me, but a once in awhile treat if you will. It is also high in calories even if we don't count them - but I do pay attention because I tend to stall out if the caloric intake gets over a certain amount.

OK I bought the no sugar Peter Pan and I will be honest I do like the Skippy low carb better. I suppose it is just personal taste and some may feel different. That's OK. However, where I live the Peter Pan was about a 60 cents cheaper than Skippy and it does have 4g of carbs instead of three. I also noticed for the same amount of peanut butter the Skippy had 10 less calories which isn't much of a big deal anyway. Just thought someone might want to know.

I like Almond Butter and/or Macadamia Butter much better, and you don't have to worry about them adding anything to it!

Nope, I'm too lazy for that. LOL I buy it at Wholefoods, only ingredients in it are the nuts and salt.

I've tried soy nut butter, tastes like paste, SUPER YUCK! Then I got the Macadamia butter thinking "I love the nuts" this must be good. BIG NO WAY! I could not believe how aweful the taste was! I can only eat it with alot of sweetener in it and sugar free jam. I do like any of the no sugar peanut butters though. Guess everyone is different.

I like it on flax crackers or celery.

I like Maranatha Almond Butter. I think the raw tastes better than roasted. Also, i think Smuckers (I could be wrong) is selling a "natural" peanut butter that's not too bad.

                          Re: CarbOptions Skippy Peanut Butter

I also like the Carb Options Skippy. I'm not a big peanut butter freak, but there are times I just want a spoonful to satisfy... something. I went through an entire jar over a couple of months.

So then I tried the Smuckers Natural Peanut Butter with just nuts/salt. First, I made a huge mess trying to mix the oil back in with the nuts. And it wasn't that tasty - I guess I need that smidge of sweetness the Splenda gives the Skippy. Oh and ya gotta keep it refrigerated too and it was too thick to spread on my high fiber/low carb bread slice.

I hate carb options .. blech. Tastes gritty to me. I much prefer the Peter Pan sweetened with splenda.

that peter pan i dont think is available near me :/

i tried the carb options peanut butter , i also tried their chocolate covered peanut butter bars , of course the bars were much tastier , but the peanut butter itself does satisfy those extreme sugar cravings i get sometimes .. but i dont like keeping it in the house as the temptation to 'misuse' it is awful..
