    Morning, all! How's it going?

    I'm feeling sorta stiff today, probably because of the consistent exercise I've been getting. Time to do some stretching. If I could find my darned bathing suit, i could use the jacuzzi at the gym - DID ONE OF YOU STEAL MY BATHING SUIT? grrrrrr

    I woke up really thirsty! Don't remember that happening before. I'm chugging away already, in between sips of coffee. This ever happen to you? I'm suprised, because I drink about 140 fluid oz of water every day.....

    My plan for today includes eating more protein than I have in the last 2 days. Continuing to drink a ton of water. Working out. Stretching. Eating yummy, yummy food! Hanging out with you guys on this board.
