    BLT "sandwich" (technically it's a roll...)

    makes one serving

    1 serving bacon (read your packages for the serving size)
    1 cherry tomato, cut in quarters
    1 leaf lettuce
    1 T mayonnaise

    Cook your bacon until crispy. Place on the lettuce leaf along with the tomato and mayonnaise. Roll and eat.

    About 3 carb grams depending on the bacon and the type of lettuce. You can also use non-pork type bacons like beef and turkey if you like, just adjust for carbs.

    Optional additions (adjust the carbs accordingly):
    green onion slices
    avocado (thanks Bivit)
    jalapeno slices
    etc.
