  • anyone taking Dieters Advantag??

    If so, how is it working for you?

    I just finished induction and did great, but wanted all the supplements to go ahead and not crave, this is what Dr. A suggest : Atkins basic 3 dietary supplement, Atkins essential oils and dieters advantage

    I;m taking carbsmart one a days
    and got the Atkins essential oils (will start today)
    and I got the dieters advantage but not sure if I need that??

    1: Vegetables
    2: Dairy
    3: Nuts and Seeds
    4: Berries & Melons
    5: Wine and other spirits low in carbs
    6: Legumes
    7: Fruits other than berries
    8: Starchy Veges
    9: Whole Grains

    Hi im taking the basic 3, essential omegas and dieters advantage and I am on my 2nd week on induction I cant tell you if i feel better for taking the vitamins or not as i have been fairly tired on the 1st week and still am really BUT they are vitamins which are good for you so...wont hurt ?

      I looked up the Atkins Carbsmart vit/min. I am taking and according to Dr. Atkins I should be having 800mg of Vit. E (carbsmart only has 45 IU)

      and 1000 mg of Vit.C (carbsmart only has 90 mg)

      I wish I wasnt so cheap and got the Basic 3 brand ...I will when I run out.

      I'm wondering if I should buy some extra Vit. C & E tonight...

      I still haven't taken the Atkins Advantage, I was under the impression that it was an appetite suppressant....Am I wrong???

        llo at the food you are eating in fitday underthe reports there is one that says nutrition see how much vit C and stuff you are also getting from your veggies

          Good Idea, I Put My Food In There Every Day...will Do That Now..

          Do You Know If You Can Put Your Vitamins In Fit Day Also??

            LOL add them as a custom food and be sure to take one every day in your foods lists.

                Wow, thats great, but after I put in todays menu I am still short 50% Iron, 60% Calcium and 30% magnesium??


                Any suggestions on what foods would cover those? Thanks for all your help Rocks !!!
