Be careful of those, they contain Dextrose, which is a sugar.

I had one today, the only can I bought. I will certainly buy more. It's really good and a nice size, perfect for a protein boost and a sweet treat at school when everyone else is chowing on cake or doughnuts.

I ended up putting 1 oz of heavy whipping cream in a big coffee mug with a sprinkle of stevia powder and putting the pudding on top and mixing it in. It was ok but really, not worth the price! The pudding is not sweet enough for me.
