    Congrats Jasmin on getting your bronze.

    As you can see on the pres site the platinum award is back and those of us using the champions challenge get to go for the platinum too but ours is 1,000,000 points not the 500,000 the pres challenge is but we preformance folk get to count all our points so Sarah get posting so you can earn one too. Maybe by the time one of us earns it we will have a platinum color for the medalists too.

      i like your numbers better, 2big. by my numbers i'm only in the 38,000 range! i vow to work harder on gaining the silver.

          Jimmie Jo I complained again just today about not being able to see your applied toward medal points cause I only see and report the total points earned. The will not rewrite their software for me ;(
          now if you would all please move to the preformance challenge I could cause every point earned in their is applied to our medals but the totals needed to get to medal are doubled too.

            I am a little confused. What is all this?
            I will stay on my diet. I will get healthy and lose weight. There is nothing I could eat or drink that tastes as good as how I feel at this moment on this WOE ~ nothing!

                      I only Post my exercise Nothing elese I don't even count taking my kids for walks or raking leaves just exercise I do so it's taking me a lot longer to get to Silver then most I assume. I suppose I could have been at silver by now if I counted all the time I spent cleaning after my kids as household tasks but, it's somehting I do every day. SO I figure logging in for me anything other then Exercise is kinda cheating LOL. That's just me though I don't do it I get my 700 or so points a day with just my exercise so I'll be a while till I get to Silver and to Gold.

                        Sarah neither do I but in our current challenge we get to count more then 750 a day and my BFL weight lifting and cardio is more points then that and so is my 60 min HIIT. I thought your running and lifting would be more too.

                          Nope I do the weight trianing 45 minutes and it only counts that as like 390 Points at the most. The Most Points for running for 2 hours is like 1600 Points the most Points I have got in a day with running and weight training is only like actually instead of typing I'll show you maybe I am putting this all in the Wrong thing but, I sure as heck with all my exercise don't get much for points.

                              Grrr I hate how it counts non-cardio so low too! I do an aerobics/dancing/yoga mix of exercise and I get almost no points for my yoga even though that's what's taking inches off my abdomen (and giving me some aches and pains)! DH does weight training and gripes about his low points too. A little unfair, I think.
                              No stats. Not weighing anymore ever. Will post "before and after" pictures when I want to. The end.
