  • Fat percentage on induction?

    hi
    I need to know what percentage of fat do I need to have on an induction diet??
    can I do a low fat atkins diet
    ?

    Well I don't want to hijaak the original thread, but sudeepa is generally recommended amount of fat Calories is 65% (if you look at the sample Induction menus, that is what the fat works out to be). As for your second question, trying to do a low fat Atkins diet means you are going to be doing a low fat, low carb, high protein diet. You are missing a key factor of the diet. The extra protein will be converted to glucose, and your body will never become the highly efficient fat burning machine.
