Yea! This is day 5 for me and I've already lost 5 pounds. I haven't really had any side effects either. I love this diet! Congrats everyone!

for 5 days as well. I didn't weigh myself the day I started, because I've been afraid of my scale for soooo many years. I weighed yesterday, and ugh. But I'm not cheating, and I'm a beautiful dark purple on my keto strips. I'm tracking my food on fitday.com, so that I can keep within the 65/30/5 ratio. Tomorrow, I take my measurements. I had been nibbling on nocarb chocolate bars every once in a while (a very little bit), but I'm sensing that I shouldn't do that. My tummy says
