    Finally!... 100 lbs gone forever!

    As of today I’ve lost 101 lbs!

    I've added a few updated pix are in my siggy…



    All I can say is that if you follow the book you will lose weight.

    I don’t care what anyone says about this WOE, it works!



    Now… only 29 more pounds to go….
    ♥Started Atkins on December 8th, 2005

    Officially Re-Focusing on 12-28-09.

    Was, Am, Will be: 280/222/175ish.
    Started Dec 2005 and lost 105 lbs by mid 2006, maintained loss for the most part until 2009...then really let go & gained some back... lol

    so:
    Restart Progress:
    12/28/09 ~ 235.1
    01/04/10 ~ 229.0
    01/11/10 ~ 229.0 Grrrrr....
    (Induction= only 6lbs but lost 10 inches! yay)
    01/18/10 ~ 227.4
    01/5/10 ~ 226.8
    02/01/10 ~ 222.6

    FANTASTIC!!! Way to go! That is such a fantastic achievement. All I can say is a big CONGRATULATIONS! Hard work - but worth it. You look great!
