I was wondering if comming off of a VERY low fat, low carb (almost zero), low protein & low cal diet and switching right to atkins.....should I expect a gain on the scale since my cals ect... are going up

Much more energy, no leg cramps at night, no walking around in a fog ect......
lol
Very discouraging but I am trying to remain positive.
