Keto Mac and cheese

Anyone tried this? I bought it the other day it look alright. I was thinking after i cook it to put it in a baking dish with cheese on top and make it baked maccaroni

i just tried this the other night and i couldn't even finish chewing one bite. i had my doubts just looking at the finish product (not at all appetizing). the whole texture & flavor of the pasta was horrible...like chewy paper. i threw the whole thing out.

does anyone know of any pasta that actually tastes like regular pasta (i.e. good!)?

hehe, I must have been slightly braver, because I fought down at least a few bites before giving up. My whole family tried it and the feeling was pretty much the same. Not worth the hefty pricetag and the guilt of not finishing it.

The initial color of the stuff put everyone off at first, but the taste is much like bland rubber. I don't miss mac n' cheese that much

I agree. It's HORRID stuff. I miss mac & cheese so much, I wanted to cry when I took a bite. I don't mind white cheese mac & cheese mixes, but the noodles were beyond anything remotely edible.
