  • newbie needs to lose some weight

    Hi, I'm 22 and single.

Despite a couple of dieting attempts in the past, I've been slowly putting on weight through the years.

I'm between 5'2" and 5'3" and weigh 154. I know that I don't have a great deal of weight to lose but I'm short and I look really chunky at this weight.

    Thanks in advance.

          Thanks for the warm welcomes.

I'm starting induction (it sounds like going into the army, doesn't it?) Monday.
