I was trying to do a modified induction to get rid of cravings and lose a few lbs but not2late suggested I go right to maintainance because I am b'feeding. I have been staying about 40-60 grams of carbs and was wondering what, if any, are the percentages of fat/protein/carbs I should go for?
I have checked the ketosis sticks and I reach it really fast, how do I know how many carbs will keep me out, but not too many?
