hi all, my hubby and i were planning on restarting atkins today(monday), but this past week was pretty bad for me as far as energy and just the way i felt all the way around. anyways tuesday was a big "feeling fat" day for me and i decided to and head to the store ASAP to stock up on atkins friendly induction foods. dh and i had planned a little cookout on the 4th just the two of us and we ate what i considered as my last non atkins meal. i was just feeling so bad that i decided i wasn't going to wait until monday. I got up thursday morning got my starting weight and there i went back onto this wonderful woe that i wish i'd never left.
since we always weigh the same day, i wanted to go ahead and get my first weigh in today to be on the same track as my hubby. i stepped on the scale this morning and what a way to start my 5th day with 5 lbs gone.
now i will only weigh myself once a week, but for a short 5 days(4 days actually since today just started), that was a great motivator.
time to go do my crunches. hope everyone has a good day and remember to drink your water.
