Yes to both as long as you use only induction-legal ingredients in the ice cream and dont exceed your max of 3 servings of legal sweetener in one day.
BTW Dr Atkins thought that a dessert should be an occasional indulgence rather than a daily menu item.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
