Just thought I'd write in quickly and mention that this stuff actually does work, from my experience. I bought the bags of co/jack that Kroger had because I had a coupon, ate one one ounce bar a day for two weeks, and I'm as regular as I was before I started this WOE, with no gas or any weird bathroom problems. It's more expensive than a bag of normal cheese snack bars, but the probiotics or whatever it has in it are worth the extra dollar or so to me.
Being cheese, it's inherently low in carbs(label says <1carb each) and it also tastes just like cheese you'd cut off the block.
