Just curious what is your Goal -- i.e. pounds or inches. For example - for me its not the pounds its the inches. Two years ago when I lived this lifestyle I was a size 6 but at 136 pounds on 5'4" frame. No one could tell that I weighed as much as I did and were actually shocked when I told them my actual weight. I think as I got older I carry the weight in different parts on my body (boobs for sure ~ that don't necessarily go away the smaller I get).
So my goal is to fit into a size 6 & actual weight be d#mned
Some of those pounds might actually be muscle and definition and I'm not going to sneeze at that.
