  • My success so far

    9-3-03
    I have been successful...

~ at sticking to this WOE for 5 weeks with only one terrible cheat day that I will NEVER let happen again!!

~ at losing 10 of the 20 or so pounds that I'd like to lose

~ in learning the proper way to eat

~ at exercising at least 5 days a week

~ at kicking my diet pepsi addiction. It wasn't necessarily the caffeine because I often drank caffeine free, it was the taste mainly.

~ at taking my vitamins daily

~ in learning that I don't NEED potatoes, rice, or macaroni and cheese to complete a meal

~ in lowering my blood sugars to normal levels WITHOUT INSULIN just by changing the way I eat!

More to come as my success grows..
