      Instead of sitting around and doing emails etc during my lunch hour after eating I went for a 'power walk' down to the local shopping centre - 20 minutes there and 20 minutes back in the wind certainly blew the cobwebs away!!

            45 minutes on the hand bike, 15 minutes on the spine force and 15 minutes free weights
            36 year old Female - 5'8
