How much water should i be drinking? I was always told 8 8oz glasses ... but will drinking A LOT of water be benificial? like 100 oz a day?

The rule of thumb I use is 8 8 ounce glasses plus an additional 8 for every 25 you want to lose. And I can tell a difference when I don't get that extra 8 ounces regularly.
