    How much water should i be drinking? I was always told 8 8oz glasses ... but will drinking A LOT of water be benificial? like 100 oz a day?

    The rule of thumb I use is 8 8 ounce glasses plus an additional 8 for every 25 you want to lose. And I can tell a difference when I don't get that extra 8 ounces regularly.

      I've also heard take your weight and divide it by half and that's how many ounces a day you should be drinking.

        I take a gallon of Polish Spring with me to work and kill that before I call it quits for the day. Not to mention when i come home I would quesstimate I drink at least a half gallon more. Oh and all me coffee. God Bless,Joe
