  • Zumba Anyone?

I tried a Zumba class this morning and I must say that's one of the best workouts I have done. I will definitely be at the Wednesday night class.

    Re: Zumba Anyone?

Our gym has Zumba, but only at the most inconvenient times, 9:15 in the morning (I am at work) and 6:30 in the evening.. don't want to stay in town that late. I am seriously thinking about getting the videotapes.....

I purchased the dvds, I can not wait for them to come in! I checked out yutube and it looked like so much fun!

My gym also has the class twice a week, I wanted to try the dvd first and see if this bod can move again

They took about a week to come in. I actually returned mine because I am so uncoordinated. BUT, it was fun to try and learn..I just got discouraged. I decided I needed extra help with an instructor if I try it again.

Let me know how you do!

oh geez! I hope I can at least muddle through the easy one! If not I have a 14 year old and an 8 year old that can probably try it.. I understand that on one of the dvd's there is a kids zumba..

Zumba is an awesome workout, and it's fun!! Enjoy it!

The classes are way more fun than the DVDs.

HaHA.. Brook, YOU are the reason I even know about zumba.. I read something you had posted that linked back your site and read about your workout dvd's. I had NEVER heard of it. It looks like so much fun. I'm NOT a workout dvd/tape person but I can't wait to try it. So Thank you! I need something I can do at home through the week as it's too hard for me to get to the gym during that time.
