Good Morning all!
Even though its a Saturday, I've been up and moving since 6:30am! I got this great work-out video last night and couldnt' wait to try it this morning. I needed a boost to my daily walking routine. I bought the walk-at-home series by Lisa Sansone ( I think that's her name) from Wal-Mart; it was only 13 bucks and it was totally worth it; I got a great workout! So, I'm feeling great; looking thinner and loving life
. Now, I'm gearing myself up for the weigh- no way! challenge. This will be a test for me as I've been weighing every day, not out of obession with the scales, mind you, but rather to observe the pattern to my body's weight loss. I have definitely seen a distinct pattern to how my body is reacting to the WOE but now I'm gonna try and stick to my goal of no weighing except for the once a week time allowed by the challenge.
