    Ran this morning, did push ups, will hit the gym tonight for stability ball, abs, weights, cardio.

                      My pilates class was cancelled so I did some weights instead then body conditioning and an hour of stationary biking. The a/c at the gym was broken so I really worked up a sweat!!
