
I just started school Monday, and this week my eating pattern has gone something like this:
630am-10am = nothing
10am = little snack at break usually something carby
12pm = another little carby snack
3pm = something carby or just nothing at all
530pm = get home and eat like there is no tomorrow
I've just fallen off the wagon and everyday I start out with good intentions but by the end of the day its just brutal. I'm not used to going to school/moving around all day so I get really hungry because i'm on my feet/moving 80% of the day. Plus i'm surrounded by skinny girls who eat junk food and candy all day and then I feel like i'm the weird one for not eating it, since i'm 19 and theyre my age I don't want to seem like the odd ball. Esp when they pressure me. I just found out today that another girl in my class besides me is on atkins and that gives me a little bit more motivation to get back on track since I wont be alone. Plus it gives me the competition I love. I just can't get back on track though, getting back into ketosis is so hard. I think i'm going to start tomorrow, that way by Monday I will probably be into full ketosis and my cravings will be less. What do you guys think?
