  • Official Week 3 Results - Could have done better :(

    Weight Loss for Week 3 = 1 Lb

    (I had lost 4 lbs as of Friday morning but on Saturday I couldn’t refuse a slurpee from 7-11 (which for the record, I did look at 4 different ones to try and find the Crystal Light one they make but couldn’t find it) and then on Sunday, I ate a piece of bread with my lunch and put honey butter on it… not the smartest thing to do the day before you take your official weekly results).

    Not discouraged… I know exactly what I did wrong and this week I’m more motivated than ever to stay on track and play catch up.

    Total Weight Loss Since 9/1/08 = 17 Lbs

    Total Individual Inches Lost Since 9/1/08 (Even though the scale didn’t move as much as it could have, I still lost inches and that’s really important to me). When comparing my inches, it seems to average about a half inch from most parts each week. I'm definitely needing a belt more often than before.
