  • mini-goal, met! new mini goal set out.

    Hello all!

    Finally did it! Made it through a 2 week "clean" induction (I kept getting derailed by weddings and other occasions where I would have a little alcohol).

    I also walked 3-4 miles 11 times in those 2 weeks.

    My next 2 week mini-goal: 2 week extended induction
    Add one day a week of mini-trampoline and using 2 pound weights to do triceps exercises.

    I'll check in again for sure when I succeed, and hopefully sooner.

    PS. Bought an outfit today as a "reward" (although looking thinner and feeling better is reward enough).
