Help! Any arty types who can help with a challenge award?

I wondered if anyone on the board has the time to make an award for the hula hoop/jump rope challenge? I'd really like to be able to give people something for their signature, and have no clue how to do stuff like this.

It doesn't need to be too complicated - possible a hoop and/or a jump rope with the name of the challenge and 'goalie' on it.
