  • stay or go?

    today is my last day of induction... i lost 8 lbs the first week then i started walking an hour a day and have not lost anything since... no eating change ( oh well what ever) so should i stay or go up to the first rung of OWL?

    I would appreciate ANY advice... and i know the next rung is more veggies ... so more of the same or can i have carrots ( not baby regular ones)

    No carrots for a while, those are higher starch veggies. You would add more of the same veggies on the induction list.

    I tend to say, go to OWL and eat more veggies, 5 more carbs doesn't take anyone out of ketosis, it doesn't slow loss, and you get more nutrients!

      Rung 1 OWL is 5 net carbs of any vegetable on the Induction Acceptable Foods List. Carrots are not on the list...
