    Sorry if I'm stepping on any toes here by starting this thread.

    Long time poster in the Exercise forum. Long time lurker here.

    Exercise is going well. Fell off the eating train again. Going to start posting here daily to keep my head in the right spot.

    You all are very inspiring with your dedication.

    I'm hoping to latch on to some of that.

    I with you today! Feel really focused and going to do things the atkins way!! I plan on keeping busy and keep thinking about how I want to change the way I look and make that a high priority! Husband travels this week, leaving today......so NO obligation to make any kind of meals except ATKINS friendly meals!!

    Everybody stay on plan and stay strong!!

      Thank you for starting the thread RichF~~anyone can start it. Welcome to STAC! Have you started a journal yet? Great way to keep track of your progress etc... Just a thought.

      Getting ready for the Patriots game. Enjoying the day & getting tasks around the house done! Food is on track as is H20 intake!

        yeah, we don't mind who gets the ball rolling. I am feeling fabulous, got to go to work, but healthy and strong. Fall is a good time of year, the coolness is invigorating!

          Helloooooooooooooooo!!!

          Back from a week at Disney Land with the fam. It was great - we had a super fun time. It's really good to be back home and back to my boring ol' routine

          I really missed the gym - although we walked from dawn till dusk - it wasn't enough - I can't wait to get back into my groove tomorrow - Today, I have my "end of vacation, back to high altitude, grumpy and tired" headache - Tomorrow will be great!

          Hope everyone is doing fabulous and being kind to themselves!
