    Good morning STACers. I am totally amazing at the difference in removing high carbs from my diet again. One of the biggest effects with eating anything I wanted all the time was I lived in a slumber, a zero energy slumber. I was struggling to workout, and I love to workout. Not only that, but I had all these big rides I needed to get in before this weekend, and I allowed them to slip between my fingers.

    It's day 2 of induction and I am up very early and rarin to go! I mean, I could take one of those big rides right now, EASY! Or let's say I have the inner drive and motivation to do it.

    I train other people helping them reach their fitness goals. I am currently in the process of certification. So yesterday I had 3 people to train, all in their early stages of building an active foundation, all a different ages and abilities and health....So, I walked at 6am, jogged at 9:30am and then group walked at 5:30pm. I covered over 7 miles yesterday. Felt great doing it, could have done more and am ready to go now!

    I attribute this totally to the removal of foods that literally steal my energy.

    Gmorning Jess!
    Second day on induction for me too. Feeling a bit sore ( really worked out last night for the first time in about 10 months!) Headaches already started... drinking my water and knowing that if I dont cave, these headaches will be gone soon!

      G'day Jess and Pro, inspiring stories. Training other people would keep you on top of it! Your insights and way of thinking about things, and the "lessons learned" stories you tell, really keep me on track, Jess. Pro, second day of induction, good place to be, totally, the headache will disappear, more water always helps me. Water is my big challenge, I'm having a time of it remembering to drink enough during the day at school.

      I think I have maintained my weight this month, I've only weighed a couple times, will weigh again in a few days. Haven't measured, but my smallest-cut jeans are a half size too big. Bigger-cut jeans are very too big, almost a size. Shoes have gone down a size, watch is loose, almost can't wear my wedding ring, it's too loose. My face is looking leaner every day....So those are all positive signs. I have been drinking vodka or wine more often than I should, for weight loss, and I know it's a typical stress behavior for me. But I'm content with how things are right now. I am eating right, but ought to cut out the wine and vodka for now. For my stress level, though, I feel like I'm doing well and I'm happy with how I am at this time. Yoga class is helping tremendously.

      We upgraded our printer and it makes our computer totally too slow, plus school, so I don't get on here as often but I am doing well and with you in spirit. Believe me, I think of the ADBB several times a week, so thanks to all of you for being my online community for my very supportive way of eating... It is amazingly supportive just to be able to think, "I'm not the only one doing this, and when I get a minute I'm going to check in with the folks at ADBB...." Have a good week!

        Hi everyone! Glad to see everyone pumped up by starting re-induction again.

        Jess - Your an inspiration to me. I've been reading your journal and it is definately motivating for me. Thanks.

        I know I haven't been on this site for very long but I intend to become a longtime member. The support on here is amazing. It keeps me going and its nice to be able to check in everyday with people who understand exactly what your going through. I know I've been really excited this time around and find myself doing little grins every now and then when I happen to be anywhere and notice something thats changed....like how I can button my jeans with little effort where last week they were one of those *Breathe in breathe in....ok snap.....whewwww* and I feel more alive somehow. It's amazing how this changes your life. Day nine for me and going strong. Well wishes to all.....

          Having a fine day here! Got my house insurance paid.. that is the most stressful bill for me for some reason. I always am thinking, it's too much! I'll never get it all together!

          but always manage to.

            Hello all

            Day two of induction and back in control of food - hurrah! I met a friend of mine for lunch (she is also on Atkins) and we went for yummy (legal) tapas and it was delicious. I had crustless quiche and baked avocado this morning and just wondered how this food could help you lose weight - it was amazing - a taste sensation!
