  • Day 3 update

    I know its a good thing, but I'm meeting myself coming and going to the bathroom. Had about 80 oz of water so far today, just have to get used to it I guess.

    Day 3 is going good - exercised for 20 minutes but then my legs gave out :no I'm really out of shape! Wondering if I should try to lose some weight before I try exercising any more.

    Just got done with preparing for some meals for the next three days, as I have meetings all day at work for the rest of the week. I want to be prepared so that I have NO EXCUSES!

    Looking forward to weighing in on Day 14 :icondance :icondance

    Nikegirl, I don't think you should quit exercising at all, but I do think you should lower the intensity. Start with everyother day for 1/2 hour or something like that. Or, if you haven't seen the Walk Away the Pounds exercise tapes, they start off at 1 mile and then go to 2 and 3 and 4. Once you quit, its hard to return.

      Thanks for the advice. The sad thing is this was my first day of exercise in a long time. Back in my other life, I used to lift weights 3-4x/week and was so fit....I still can't believe I let myself get to this point. I am going to keep with the exercise, I figure 20 minutes will be better than nothing.
