I know its a good thing, but I'm meeting myself coming and going to the bathroom. Had about 80 oz of water so far today, just have to get used to it I guess.Day 3 is going good - exercised for 20 minutes but then my legs gave out :no I'm really out of shape! Wondering if I should try to lose some weight before I try exercising any more.
Just got done with preparing for some meals for the next three days, as I have meetings all day at work for the rest of the week. I want to be prepared so that I have NO EXCUSES!
