  • Help! I think a blew it!

    I went out last night for my friend's birthday and had one too many diet cokes and vodka. After the bar they all wanted pizza, I thought I would be fine just eating the cheese and pepperoni off the top, I wasn't, I ate the whole piece. I am in my third week of the induction phase, what do I do know?

    you can't do anything about the past. Just get back on the plan. Don't beat yourself up too badly, just learn from it. You probably knocked yourself out of ketosis and will have to get back in. And you might have hunger or cravings that you probably experienced when you first went on this plan.

      So just get back into ketosis the same way I did before? Limiting carbs to 20 a day?

        yep, just get back on the induction plan. Everything will be ok.

        at least you are concerned enough to come here and ask. Think of it as a confession (if that makes you feel better) and move on.

        can't undo last night, but you can move forward with a plan.

          Thanks Kevin, Yes you got it, I am so concerned because I love this diet and have seen so much change in my body and in my confidence ans I just don't want this moment (the first time I cheated ) to cause me to go back to my old ways. I am not going to let it!! Thanks for your support!
