    I don't see a thread for today yet, so I'm starting it myself. I hope that's ok!

    Swam a mile today and felt pretty good doing it.

        Long walk today! And it was cold outside, brrrrrrrr!

          40minutes of treadmill and 21 minutes of Barry's Boot Camp upper body work out.
