OK- I wanted to tell you ladies a funny story about my recent shopping encounter. I picked up my two favorite bras last week. No need to try them on I always buy the 40 D. Well I have gained a little weight since my surgery. At any rate I wanted to get some new bras since I will be starting back at the gym today.
Well I couldn't even get them around my top half. How can I be wearing the exact same model/size and they fit (a little snug) but still.
Yesterday I took my daughter who is 15 with me to try on new sizes. She tells me in the car that most women are wearing the wrong size bra and cup size. I laugh because I have tried the next size up and cup a couple years ago and I was floating in it. I assure her this is not the case for me....
Well low and behold I am wearing a 42 DD- I look like my friend grand mother with huge breasts and a huge upper body. This is weird for me. When I was married I was a 36 C and perfect. I had said I will never wear those old stlye bras that Grand Mother & Mother and I haven't. Thankfully there are many newer great styles for those of us who are large on top. But they do not compare to the selection for the smaller sizes. It is like looking for cute clothes.
Sadly I was watching some video footage that a friend took of me yesterday during my club dog training session and the only thing that is recongnizable about me was the hair. I have been invaded by the alien life form known as "very fat". My upper body is now orange shapped- where even last year I was apple shapped.
Anyway- I am glad to be hear and happy tp be back in control of my eating and soon to be my life.
