  • Dieters Advantage substitute

When i first started Atkins 8 years ago, I used a supplement called Atkins Dieters Advantage which really seemed to help. It was mostly a mix of HCA and Guggul. It seems to be gone from the market so I was wondering what people use instead these days.

Hi, I've never used it but I'm sure some of the people here have! As far as supplements, I take a multi-vitamin (a senior one even though I'm only 24, because I think it has the right balance for me with vitamin b and no iron ), calcium and co-q 10. Also potassium if I'm getting leg cramps. I know a lot of people here take a lot of supplements so I'm sure you'll get some good responses. There is also a vitamin forum here: Vita Nutrient Solution/Supplements - Atkins Diet with the wonderful Biogeek and other knowledgeable posters to answer all your questions!
