OK I have tried Atkins before and always gave up after week 2. Not for lack of success but just lack of willpower I guess.
I feel different this time not even thinking about the forbidden foods so I'm positive and excited.
Anyway I started MOnday and today is day 5..using the same scale and scenerio ( morning, before eating, stark naked). The scale shows a 22 pound drop. I started at 311 Monday and today after steping on it over and over it says 289. What??!!! I was in Ketosis by the 2nd day.And for those wondering I am definatly eating. Today I had a cheese omelette and brkfst sausage for brkfst, lunch: will have salad with bacon and egg or a bunless burger, dinner: tacosalad.
The most I've lost in induction before was 16 pounds.
I am contempating getting a new scale but this one is only 4 months old.
thoughts, sugggestions, could it be, has anyone else lost this much this soon?????
