Okay, so this time it's really it. I am sticking to it. I started anew this morning with my 2 hardboiled egg breakfast. I am going to plan everything out this time around. I find it hard with three boys and a husband who eat whatever they want. I found that in order for me to be successful, I need to have veggies diced up and ready to go as well as cooked chicken, etc. I have one question though. My friend eats cold cuts on atkins (like salami and bologna). She still has weight loss. Is this okay?
I have a question too, I read that you can expect to lose 10% of your total weight on the induction. Is this really true? Have people found this to be accurate?
