    Good morning everyone!

    I'm opening at work today, so I am up VERY early this morning!

    Down another pound, but I don't think I'm going to count it, because I severely underate yesterday... I had a lot of running around to do. And, I think as soon as I eat a substantial amount of food today, it'll go back up. So, I'll wait for tomorrow's weigh-in (and yeah, I weigh everyday).

    I hope everyone has an energized, go-get-um day!

    I finally lost another pound, first this week. 209 was a sticky one. TGIF, hope everyone has a great day.

      I'm here. Had a not so great day (It's already evening here.) I ate some pistachios even though I am not on the nut rung yet, but tomorrow is another day.

        Good morning!! Today, I am still weighing in at 188. I seem to have a ot of fluid, but I didn't drink as much water as I should have. I will do better today at it. I'm off to work, and will stay on plan. Everyone have a nice day!

          I had to make lunch today for my co-workers (it rotates every Friday)...tried making a low carb chili, but ended up adding the beans and carbs anyway (took my portion out before i did that). I also took a shot at a sugar-free, no/low carb cheesecake. I'll let you know how that goes over with everyone else that has to eat it.
          No weigh in today...big one yesterday though, with 11.5 lost in my first week.

            Hello everybody! Had a hectic week and two exams next Tuesday so will be studying all weekend. Didn't get to check in yesterday but so far, so good. Under 170 and happy!!!

              Morning Everyone,

              Feeling kinda crummy today - I have a headache and feel like maybe a flu or cold is coming my way I don't get sick very often so I'm hoping that what I'm feeling doesn't come to pass!

              Guess what, TJ? I weighed in this morning and - just like I suggested might happen - I went back up to 218 hahah! I'm not worried... the fact that 217 showed clearly on the scale means that my body wants to go there again. Maybe tomorrow

              Hope everyone is doing well.
              And no worries about me - even though I'm feeling under the weather, I have NO intention of deveating from plan!! I love eating this way!!

                Hello eveyone! TGIF! Looking forward to my weekly measuring and weigh in so that I can adjust my ticker! It seems I will be down another lb this week, which seems to be my rate (1lb per week), but had TOM this week so if I still lost 1lb for the week I will be a happy gal. Measurements are what I really enjoy doing. Hope everyone has a great weekend! See you on Monday!

                  Happy Friday Gang!

                  I feel great today. I had my sausage and sourkrought for breakfast. It tatsed like crap but I ate it because I needed to eat and didn't feel like eating actually.

                  Hubby is home and getting ready to leave town again for work. We are going to the dentist, and eye doctor and Costco (I am going along as moral support and I have the check book).

                  Congrats to all you loosers and everyone of us for just being here and discovering our new WOL.

                  I am not weighing today- In fact I will try to wait until next week. I didn't look at the scales at the doctor yesterday because I didn't want to get depressed or intimidated by any differences on my own scale. I remember some one saying how devestated thay felt after comparing the different scales.

                  I am a little bloated TOM so I want to wait a few days. Yesterday was rough I was super hungry and my daughter was torturing me with a donut. I had a salad but I have to admit I wanted the donut. I managed to keep my mind about me and scarfed down a chicken salad as soon as I got a chance.

                  Vickie you know you are there Take the loss and leave the gain.

                    Just checkin in. Half the day is already gone, was in meetings the whole morning, so I feel like I got nothing accomplished! Taking the rest of the day off and just running errands. Going out to a dinner/speaker tonight, so I'll be picking and choosing what I want to eat off my plate, as it is a set meal. I'll do my workout, before I go out tonight. Have a great weekend all!

                        Vickie you are doing it right. The only way to get off 217 is to go back to 218 and skip to 216. Eat a whooshie pie tonight and you'll be there in the morning. My michelob ultra theory is gaining speed. I've had 5 in the past two weeks, and the morning after is when I've had my only losses. I'm gonna have two more tonight and see what happens.

                          good afternoon all! Just back from my moroccan lunch which was awesome...now comes the hard part...first weekend since I got back onboard...and my boyfriend is here with his kids for the weekend too...and tomorrow is pasta gratiné night since that is what I had promised them (2 weeks ago). I am going to make myself a dish of cauliflower gratiné...LOL...stay legal all weekend ya'll!
