Hi everyone. I returned to Atkins on Ash Wednesday. I lost a bunch on it once before but let the carb monsters back into my diet and ballooned back to my old habits. This time I am determined to succeed in changing my diet for the better. I have a long way to go. I am glad I found this forum this time. So many people tell you that this is not the way to go about dieting, but the carb cravings get to me on other diet plans. Wish me luck for sticking in out after Lent is over.
