    well this is my 3rd time..lol...3rd time is a charm right? right?

    I need to put my stats in and i will....soon...today if the boss isnt looking..haha...

    so...what's up?

      hey thanks!!! I am going to make this lifestyle change a positive happy event. Time to celebrate! woot!

      well in Dallas today its all yucky and raining......so...I am trying to stay awake..yawn...

      so 10lbs lost huh? yea! Your doing great! So what meals you gonna eat today? cant wait to see some of the yummy stuff atkineers are creating..

        I'm Here in the Austin Area. KNow what you mean about the weather. I am on OWL rung 1, so I am not deviating much from the induction plan other than adding more veggies. Go to the Recipe part. They have lots of creative good food there.

            Welcome to the board, Johnny! We're having the same weather here in PA so don't feel like you're being singled out for punishment! Actually we really need the rain, so I'm not complaining!

            Be sure to check out the Second Time Around Club, STAC, and the recipe forum, plus Linda's Low Carb Website for great ideas on snacks and meals. And keep us posted on your progress!

                welcome back --- good luck on your journey .... just remember, the weight didn't come on overnight so it's going to take more than a few days to come off! Stay on plan, check out the recipe areas Linda's Low Carb Menus & Recipes - Daily Menus (check her induction recipes until you are done with induction). Here's another site to check http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.c...n-recipes.html. And you can always go to the rate my menu area to see what others are eating.

                Get moving everyday -- do some form of exercise, it will help get rid of the weight and will firm you up at the same time....and drink AT LEAST 64 oz of water everyday. That's water, not tea, coffee, pop...W A T E R - that will flush all the nasties out of your system and get your organs working up to par again!
