Time for my first ever noob question...
While looking on atkins.com, I noticed all of the suggestions for breakfast were based around 2 eggs per person - I am not a big fan of eggs (in the past month, I have had maybe 2 noutside of being cooked into things). And the idea of peppers, onions and garlic for breakfast sounds as appealing as accidentally sitting on the business end of a pineapple. No fruits, not juices hmm... Anyone to the rescue? Also I suck at conversions. I am only feeding 2 people so I don't need 8 pork chops for dinner everynight. Anyone have any ideas (or even induction-friendly shopping lists for 2) for meal plans? I wish I had the time to do this all myself but as you know - life happens. Thanks in advance guys.
