I have a general idea, but can someone tell me what percentage of protein, fat, and carbs in our foods we should be aiming for on a daily basis for induction?

Same percentages for everyone, but they are not written in stone. Nothing will happen if you have a day with 70% fat, followed by one with 60% fat, followed by one with 33% protein, etc. Don't sweat to much over them -- just follow the rules in the book and you'll probably do fine.Originally posted by Mija View Postwould this be for a Man or a Woman? or does that pertain to EVERYONE?
Percentage of the total calories. FitDay, DailyPlate and other similar tools automatically compute it for you.Originally posted by J.R. View PostPercentage of what?
