Not if you're going by the DANDR book they aren't. The ingredients list contains many things which are not allowed based on the acceptable food list. Plus they can induce sugar cravings which is no good either!
I suspect the website says they are legal just to make additional money from sales of their products...
Besides containing ingredients not allowed on Induction, we have seen on the Board that many people are stalled by them or, at the very least, have their weight loss slowed down. It is better go for real food, following the list of foods acceptable during Induction.
