    45 mins Stairmaster for me again. Had a new workout mix on the ipod that I liked.

            I had a 45 minute power aerobic session this morning.

                          I've gotten in 12,000 steps today! So tired! I also lifted weights and managed (finally, somehow) to actually FIND and purchase Wii Fit!! I spent many months not convinced it would be better than walking but was schooled on it today by 2 coworkers. If I can get off my butt (not likely) I'd like to get some more exercise in tonight!

                            mowed the lawn this morning before the rain.....2 mile walk, planted pansies and went shopping.....
