    Good morning everyone!

    30 mins on Stairmaster for me today. Birds are signing, air is crisp (not for long), and I have a full day of errands ahead of me. Glad my workout's done!

          30 minutes on the strider today. I'll also do a few upper body light weights and some crunches in a while.
