    Hello Everyone! My name is Kacy and I am in week five of Extended Induction. I have lost 14 lbs so far and am very happy with my results. I have been married 11 years and I am a stay at home mom. My diet history is that I have tried every diet in the book (including Atkins, twice before!) I feel everyone has to reach their breaking point, and I finally reached mine a month ago. This time it's going to happen! I have enjoyed these boards all month and have been inspired, challenged, and educated. Thank you! I look forward to chiming in once and a while. Thanks!

    Hi Sam & Ivy's mom! I felt like you, too. I reached my break point on March 5th and was JUST READY to commit again after two years of sort of committing and then straying off and on. Glad to have you with us!

      Welcome to the board, Kacy, and congrats on your loss so far! That's a great start and you must be so proud of yourself!

      Check out the Second Time Around Club for those of us who have done Atkins before. The daily Roll Call helps to keep us accountable.
